HAPPY MERDEKA!

ASSALAMUALAIKUM

Selamat Menyambut Hari Kemerdekaan ke 53 buat negaraku tercinta, Malaysia.

Khas untuk menyatakan betapa daku menyayangi Malaysia, petang tadi daku ke dapur bersama2 roomateku, Elly untuk sediakan kuih tradisional Malaysia yang cukup popular di Kelantan, Cik Mek Molek. cubalah ye..enak dimakan waktu petang sambil hirup kopi panas.yummy2

Bahan-bahan:

1. ubi keledek (yang isi dia warna putih tau! ) -2 biji-
2.tepung gandum (3 sudu makan)
3. gula
4. garam 
cara-cara:

1.rebus ubi keledek dengan sedikit garam
2.angkat keledek tu dan biarkan sejuk, kupas kulitnya
3.lenyekkan keledek tu dan campurkan dengan tepung gandum
4.bentukkan bulat2 sebelum dileperkan




5.letakkan gula (ikut suka nak berapa banyak gula)


6. bentukkan bujur


7. gorengkan dalam minyak panas





dah siap!!



AMARAN:

1.jangan letak tepung banyak sangat, nanti keras sangat..baling ke dinding pun boleh retak
2.jangan makan cepat sgt. biarkan sejuk sikit..kalau tak,lidah akan melecur sbb gula tu panas

shopping alone=real shopping!

 ASSALAMUALAIKUM

On Friday night (27th August), I went back to KL by KTM train. Reached home almost 2 hours later. ayah fetched me from Damai station with  a huge grin that I had been longing for. arrived home to see my bubbly little bro, aziq watching cartoon while another lil bro, Afiq was sleeping soundly.My mom on the other hand was in her room, about to sleep. After kissing her cheek, I let her sleep.
the next morning, Afiq sent me to JJ Wangsa Maju as I wanted to buy some stuffs. after patting his back, shaking hand with him n gave him few advices on his studies, I went into the mall.

ayam masak kicap je..

ASSALAMUALAIKUM..

sila baca tajuk entri ini dengan muka mencebik (kalau tak tahu mencebik itu apa,sila semak kamus).

buka puasa hari ni, saya ke dapur menyediakan kobis goreng,sambal tomato dan ayam masak kicap 




resepi ayam masak kicap ni simple n insyaALLAH mengenyangkan.enak dimakan dengan nasi panas dan sambal tomato. mari memasak!


Ayam Masak Kicap
(untuk 4-5 orang makan)


Bahan-bahan:

1. ayam (setengah ekor) -gorengkan separuh garing-
2. bawang besar (3 biji)
3.bawang putih (2 ulas)
4. halia (sebesar ibu jari)
5.rempah (bunga lawang,kulit kayu manis,buah pelaga) -beli yg dalam peket tu-
6.serbuk lada sulah (1 sudu makan)
7.serbuk lada hitam (1 sudu makan)
8.sos tiram (2 sudu makan)
9.cili besar (2 batang)
10.kicap manis (ikut suka..sehingga capai tahap kehitaman yg diidamkan.haha)
11.garam (stengah sudu teh)
12.air asam jawa
13.daun sup +daun bawang
14.kentang (optional)


cara-cara:

1.blendkan 2 biji bawang besar,bawang putih,1/2 saiz ibu jari halia,lada sulah
2.dalam mangkuk lain,gaulkan ayam dengan sos tiram n serbuk lada hitam (biarkan sebentar, kalau nk lagi sedap...perap lama sikit)
3.tumiskan rempah,masukkan bahan yang dah diblender
4.masukkan bawang besar yang dihiris, halia yang dihiris n kentang
5.masukkan ayam
6.tmbahkan kicap dan garam
7.tmbahkan air
8.biarkan mendidih
9.taburkan daun sup+daun bawang
10.siap!

sambal petai dan asam pedas

ASSALAMUALAIKUM

sepatutnya resepi ni dipublish di sini minggu lepas lagi.tapi baru hari ini berkesempatan. cubalah ye.. :)

sambal petai ikan bilis

BAHAN-BAHAN

1. petai (2-3 papan)
2. bawang besar (5-6 biji)
3.belacan (2 cubit)
4.ikan bilis (2 genggam)
5.cili kering yg dah dikisar/cili boh (ikut suka,nak pedas letaklah lebih)
6.asam jawa (dibancuh dengan air)
7.ajinomoto,garam,gula

CARA-CARA

1.kisarkan setengah genggam ikan bilis,belacan,dan 2 biji bawang besar sehingga hancur
2.panaskan minyak dalam kuali
3.gorengkan baki ikan bilis yang tidak dikisar,angkat dan ketepikan
4.tumiskan bahan yg dah dikisarkan tadi hingga naik bau n pecah minyak,
5.masukkan cili kering kisar/cili boh dan biarkan ia garing atau pecah minyak
6.masukkan petai
7.nmasukkan hirisan bawang besar (baki bawang besar yang tak dikisar tadi)
8.masukkan air asam jawa dan sedikit air
9.masukkan ajinomoto,gula n garam
10.masukkan ikan bilis goreng tadi

SIAP!




     asam pedas sardin
  (boleyh juga diganti dengan ayam atau daging)

sebelum kita beralih kepada bahan-bahan dan cara-caranya,biar sy jelaskan kenapa sy pakai sardin..sebab..sebab..sebab..murah!haha..tu satu sebabnya..sebabnya lagi, kebetulan ada 2 tin sardin kat rak dapur, so ambil sajalah.

BAHAN-BAHAN

bahan A

1.sardin (1-2 tin)
2.serai (sebatang) -diketuk-
3.daun limau purut (3-4 helai)
4.tomato (2 biji) -dipotong 4-
5.air asam jawa
6.ajinomoto,garam,gula

bahan kisar

1.bawang besar (2-3 biji)
2.halia (sebesar ibu jari)
3.kunyit hidup (sebesar ibu jari)
4.serai (2 batang)
5.bawang putih (2 ulas)
6.cili kering (ikut suka)

CARA-CARA

1. tumiskan bahan kisar
2.masukkan cili kering yang dikisar/cili boh, biarkan hingga pecah minyak
3.masukkan kuah sos sardin  (jangan masukkan ikan dulu)
4.masukkan air asam jawa dan sedikit air 
5.masukkan ikan sardin
6.tambahkan semua bahan A

SIAP!

 
yang ni pekat kuahnya,kalau korang nak kuah cair,tambahlah air waktu masak

resepi..resepi..

ASSALAMUALAIKUM..

bulan puasa ni memang rajin anggota badan ini ke dapur dan memasak.sebabnya memang agak save the budget la jugak buat mcm ni..makanan boleh share ramai n boleh bawak sampai sahur. :) kali ni..saya nak share dua resepi. resepi ni sesuai untuk para pelajar uni,kolej dan adik beradiknya sebab simple dan boleh dimasak even menggunakan periuk nasi (if kat kolej kalian,dapur gas itu hukumnya HARAM)

sardin black pepper

i know,u'll be like..eeyuhh..sardin black pepper?well..try dulu,baru tau.hehe..ni pun sebab saya dah bosan asyik makan sambal sardin..so..nak cari kelainan sikit.buatlah lauk ni.

bahan-bahannya
1.sardin (1 tin)
2.bawang besar (sebiji) -dihiris-
3.bawang putih (3 ulas) -dihiris-
4. cili api (suka hati) -dihiris-
5.halia (sebesar ibu jari) -dihiris-
6. daun limau purut (3-4 helai)
7. serbuk lada hitam (1sudu makan) 
8.sos tiram (2 sudu makan)
9..kicap manis (suka hati..sampai warna hitamnya mencapai tahap kepuasan anda)
10. tomato (2 biji) -dipotong 4-
11. asam jawa -bancuhkan dengan air-
12.gula,garam,ajinomoto (sesuka hati)

cara-caranya:

1. tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan cili api sehingga naik bau
2.masukkan kuah sardin dalam tin (jangan masukkan ikan sardinnya dulu)
3.tambahkan lada hitam,kicap manis,sos tiram,
4.masukkan sedikit air
5.tambahkan gula,garam dan ajinomoto
6.biarkan mendidih
7.masukkan ikan sardin
8.masukkan tomato dan daun limau purut
9.tambahkan air asam jawa
10.biarkan mendidih
11.siap!



okay..resepi kedua

Bubur ayam

bahan-bahan:
1.beras (1 setengah cawan atau tin susu)
2.air (depends on kepekatan bubur)
3.bawang besar (sebiji) -dihiris-
4.bawang putih (2 biji) -dihiris
5.halia (separuh ibu jari) -dihiris
6.rempah sup (2 sudu)
7.isi ayam
8.kulit kayu manis+bunga lawang+buah pala (beli je yg dah diletak dalam satu peket kecil)


*bahan blender*
1.bawang besar (3-4 biji)
2.bawang putih (seulas)
3.halia (sebesar ibu jari)

*barang hiasan*
1.daun sup (diracik)
2.daun bawang (diracik)
3.bawang goreng
4.sambal kicap (kisarkan atau tumbuk cili besar+cili api+bawang putih+limau nipis utk perah jus+kicap)

cara-caranya:

1.tumiskan kulit kayu manis dan gengnya
2.tumiskan bawang,bawang putih n halia
3.tumiskan bahan blender
4.masukkan sedikit air dan isi ayam
5.bila dah mendidih,masukkan beras
6.masukkan air penuh ke dalam periuk
7.masukkan garam n ajinomoto
8.teruskan mengacau (pastikan api tak terlalu kuat..or else..bahagian bawah akan hangit)
9.tutup api n angkat bubur
10.letakkan dalam mangkuk n hiaskan dengan bahan hiasan..
9.siap!

What Happened On Friday?

ASSALAMUALAIKUM


I only had a class yesterday . Kelas Phonetics n Phonology.8 pagi hingga 10 pagi.Oh..how I enjoyed that class so much. We learned how to pronounce words correctly according to the British pronunciation. The best part was when our lecturer, Dr. Che' Ton asked us to do some activities on pronunciation. She assigned us into few groups where we had to listen to few songs and detect certain words in the lyrics which produced sounds as the phonemes we had been assigned for. The songs were Home and Save the Last Dance For Me( Michael Buble'), There You'll Be (Faith Hill)  and also Superwoman (Karyn White). Expected!my voice was louder than the original singer.haha

Right after the class, we (zaff,elly,fie,fin and nina) were planning to head to Pekan as all of us except for Nina wanted to go to the clinic for several reasons..and..what was my reason?yeah..due to the 15 seconds suffering I've mentioned in my previous post, I finally decided to seek a doctor to help me with that. We had to wait for another hour before we could go to Pekan as Nina and Elly were having Drama class and the rest Fie, Fin, Zaff and I were not.Finally..we decided to wait for Nina and Elly at..at..at..Proton City's lake..haha..I was only intended to bring them purely to look around the lake's compound.Here are some moments captured at Proton City's Lake.






off to pekan afterwards..went to see the doctor telling him how I had a serious headache and few other symptoms which I personally thought would be high blood pressure's symptoms. Alhamdulillah..it wasn't.the dr only told me that those sickness I had were because I always skipped my meal and merely because I spent too long in air conditioned- room.yeah..skipping meal..honestly..I've been sort of practicing it for quite some times..and that wasn't because i wanted to..but that's because I usually couldn't take my breakfast or i would definitely throw up.again..that's not a good excuse.Went back home,I slept for I wasn't able to bear the tiredness. I was later updated my status in FB..wohooo...many of my friends started to bashed me up..scolding me for not taking care of myself..these are few of the comments:

makan tu mmg penting..jgn over mkn or kurang makan..tgk aku..maintain je..hehheh...semlga sihat2 je...
 
yeah..I'm blessed with friends who are concern on me.Those friends who always remind me on how I should appreciate myself especially on health wise.thanx friends.No words could resemble my love for you.. <3

ALERT!


ASSALAMUALAIKUM..


yeah..great lesson!I had a great lesson today. Something happened in the class this morning that definitely left me puzzled and at the same time sort of triggered me on those mistakes I've done upon myself pertaining to my health.I seriously need to be more careful and concern more on myself next time. Everything went smoothly at the beginning of the class. I sat on my seat as usual, concentrating on the lesson. Nothing seems alien. All of sudden..these were what I felt...

the whole building was shaken. My seat was swayed back and forth. It seems that my nerves were being pressed by a great force. My head was hardly pushed by a massive load. I could barely open my eyes.My vision blurred. I didn't even manage to lift my hands up.It felt so heavy to be lifted up. Even when I able to lift them up, the shaking got even worse.I almost fainted. I could only rest my head on the table.helpless.breathless.

Weird.That was happened for approximately 15 seconds which feels like a forever suffering.

I was then told my friend, Elly who sat besides me. She tried to comfort me. few minutes later, everything went back to norm. 

I'm scared. What causes that?Was it normal? I know there's something wrong and I seriously need to seek for a doctor. 

Another friend, Nina told me that she had the same exact experience before and she has been confirmed by the doctor of having hypoglycemia or low blood pressure. okay..now, it gets even scarier. I tried reading the link given by her on hypoglycemia and Oh No! I answered more yes than no for the symptoms. hurm..........

mode:kampung style

ASSALAMUALAIKUM...

yeah..semalam kelas sangat penuh.i mean..jadual pack!from kampus to Proton City (PC),pukul 7 malam baru sampai rumah.kelaparan melanda. tiba2 terasa nak makan kampung style..kelentang..kelentung..kelentang..kelentung..dengan bantuan murni housemate2ku syg..nina,elly n zaff..siaplah juga..

MENU: nasi putih (panas2 punya)
 kacang panjang+kacang botol goreng belacan
telur dadar
ikan masin (bersama limau nipis,cili api n bawang)
sambal tomato effa (haha..agak poyo di situ)

  okay..this is hideous..taken after we finished eating..

wohoo..dah siap masak baru sedar yang agak banyak juga lauk itu sedangkan 2 orang je makan simply because others ada hal malam tu so tak dapat join makan..huhu..takpe2..peti sejuk menyelamatkan keadaan..;)

well..i just want to share my recipe here..yeah..sudah lama tak update resepi kat blog.kalau kalian lapar tapi malas sangat nak masak yang complicated..cubalah resepi ni,dijamin halal dan ke bintang!haha

sambal tomato effa

Bahan-bahan: (yang ni untuk lebih dari seorang makan..)

bahan2 tumis

1.bawang besar(sebiji)
2.ikan bilis (segenggam)
3.tomato merah/hijau (sebiji)
4.cili merah/hijau besar (5-6 biji)
5.cili api (ikut suka..nak pedas letaklah lebih)
6.belacan (1 sudu kecil)


bahan2 perasa

1..limau nipis (2 biji, ambil jusnya)
2.garam
3.ajinomoto (optional)



how to make it?

1.baca basmalah (bismillahirrahmanorrohim) :)
2.letak minyak sikit dalam kuali n then gorengkan ikan bilis 
3.angkat n ketepikan
4.gorengkan belacan..(tak perlu garing sangat)
5.angkat n ketepikan
6.tumiskan bahan2 tumis (tumis tu maknanya minyak taklah sebanyak untuk goreng)
7.angkat n ketepikan
8.tumbuk guna lesung batu semua bahan2 yang dah digoreng
9.masukkan bahan2 perasa..
